What evils were forbidden by this law? Exodus 20:1-17. \nConclusion: The Ten Commandments is the only law that was written with the finger of God. It is more important than all other laws.

SUMMARY:Sabbath Day Defined - Gen 1
DESCRIPTION:Scripture Reading: Genesis 1 February 14\, 2026 \nMemory Verse: Matthew 28:1 \nIntroduction: There is a commandment to keep the Sabbath Day. But when does the day begin and when does it end? \n1. What two parts make up one day? Genesis 1:5\, 8.\n2. How do we know that the two parts make one day? Genesis 1:5\, 8.\n3. How does Jesus confirm these two parts? Mark 14:30.\n4. When does the evening begin? Deuteronomy 16:6\, Mark 1:32\n5. When does Nehemiah say the Sabbath begins? Nehemiah 13:19.\n6. Which day of the week is the Sabbath Day? Exodus 20:10.\n7. When does the day start and when does it end? Leviticus 23:32de.\n8. How long would the Sabbath be in effect? Exodus 31:16.\n9. What does Christ say about breaking any commandment?\nMatthew 5:19. \nConclusion: According to these scriptures\, the day begins in the evening\, at sunset. That is when the Sabbath Day begins on the seventh\nday of the week. We should start our Sabbath observance at sunset on Friday night and end at sunset on Saturday night.

SUMMARY:The Master's Sign
DESCRIPTION:Scripture Reading: Matthew 12:38-40\nMemory Verse: Jonah 1:17 \nIntroduction: Jesus gave only one sign that He is the Messiah. Was His own prophecy fulfilled? If not\, He is not the Saviour. If Jesus is not the Saviour\, we are not saved\, and we have no eternal future. \n1. What did the Pharisees ask of Jesus? Matthew 12:38.\n2. What was Jesus’s answer? v 39.\n3. What was the sign of Jonas\, which Jesus said would be the only\nsign that would be given that He was the Messiah? v 40.\n4. Did Jesus fulfill this sign which He gave the world that He was the\nChrist?\nAnswer: Not according to the theory of a Friday crucifixion. \nConclusion: According to the Catholic theory of a Friday crucifixion and a Sunday morning resurrection\, Jesus would have been\, 1) buried at sunset\, 2) spent Friday night in the grave\, 3) and Saturday\, 4) and Saturday night\, and 5) would have risen at sunrise on Sunday morning. That is only one day and two nights\, not three days and three nights. Obviously\, this theory is flawed. However\, there is a better explanation\nof when Jesus was buried and when He was resurrected.
