SALVATION ONLY THROUGH CHRIST

Scripture Reading: Revelation 7:9-12
Memory Verse: 1 Thessalonians 5:9

Introduction: We are mortal creatures. We need a Saviour. According to the Bible, who is the only One who has eternal salvation?
1. What emotion inspired God to send His Son, Jesus Christ, into the
world? John 3:16ab.
2. For what purpose was Jesus sent into the world? John 3:16-17.
Note: It clearly says that through Jesus we might be saved.
3. Why does Paul say Christ came into the world? 1 Timothy 1:15.
4. So, who are the sinners that Paul is speaking of? Romans 3:23.
5. What is the eternal expectation of sinners? Romans 6:23a.
6. However, through Jesus Christ, what gift is available to us? v 23.
Note: Again, it says that eternal life is through Jesus Christ.
7. This free gift is available to how many? 1 Timothy 4:10.
8. According to Peter, is there salvation in any other? Acts 4:11-12.

Conclusion: There are a few major religions around the world. There are many smaller religions. Each has a God, gods, or a savior. But,
according to the scriptures, there is salvation only through Jesus Christ.
